The objective is to get a site (or updated site) live as quickly as possible and iterate changes from there.
- Engagement is completed in 1 week sprints. Each sprint starts with a workshop and ends with a wrap up.
- The first sprint is assessment and planning
- Subsequent sprints touch on each of the balanced elements:
- User experience – organization, navigation, check-out, flow.
- Marketing/branding – Design, SEO prep
- Data work (e.g. tagging, pricing updates, categorizing)
- Systems and integration work – plug-ins, accounting integration, speed optimization
