We start with a workflow workshop and requirements gathering exercise. We’ll sit with the key members of your team to see what their goals and pain points are. Next we’ll review with you our requirements list and prioritization to ensure we’re on the same page about your HRIS Software needs. Next we’ll go to market, demo apps, trial them, test out workflows, nerd out. We’ll present to your team our top selection and let you play around in a built out demo. We’ll also have a good sense of the development road map for the software so that you know what features will help in the future – and if those features aren’t on their road map, we’ll work with the companies to see what we can do to get them on the list! We’ll then implement the app(s), train the team and come back for further workflow refinement and training. Along the way we work on change management to ensure the team is engaged with the change and ready to rock. To date we have a 100% success rate on our implementations – no roll backs.
